Stock Database

This is the final blog in our series on the Zupplychain Stock Database. Here, we’re going to round up the ways that both pallet stock customers and warehouse storage providers can review the stock they’re both working with.

View Products

For a customer to view its products across all its Zupplychain warehouse providers, go to the Stock menu and select ‘View Products’. Here you will be able to review a list of all your products in terms of total pallet stock by status and total unit quantity (if used). Select ‘View’ to see a list of the specific pallets for the selected product.

For a provider to view its Zupplychain stock summarised at product level, go to the Stock menu and select ‘View Products’. Select ‘View’ to see a list of the specific pallets for the selected product.

View Providers

For a customer to view its stock of pallets for each provider, go to the Stock menu and select ‘View Providers’. Select ‘View’ to see a list of the specific pallets for the selected product.

View Customers

For a warehouse to view a summary of the pallets for each of its Zupplychain customers, go to ‘Warehouses’. ‘Manage Stock’ and select ‘View Customers’ from the stock menu. Select ‘View’ to see a list of the specific pallets for the selected customer.

View Pallets

To view a complete list of Zupplychain pallets, customers choose ‘View Pallets’ from the stock menu; warehouse providers go to ‘Warehouses’, ‘Manage Stock’, ‘View Pallets.

The view pallets list is split into current pallets (top of the page) with discrepancy pallets and booked out pallets below.

View Dispatches from Customers to Providers

To view prospective dispatches from customers to providers, and dispatches that are in-transit, select the View Dispatches to Provider (for providers) or Review Dispatches to Provider (for customers) on the stock menu. Select ‘View’ for the pallet details of a specific dispatch.

View Requested Dispatches from Providers

To view requested dispatches from providers to third parties (or back to the originating customer), select ‘View Dispatches from Provider’ on the stock menu. Select ‘View’ for the pallet details of a specific dispatch.
