If you don’t get enough suitable results when you search , it’s usually better to move your search centre along a transport axis than to widen your search radius. As discussed in the previous tip, you might find it easiest to do this by unlocking the map.
Consider reducing your estimated period. Some of our providers may not have specified availability on Zupplychain for as long as your search. If you reduce your estimated period, additional suitable results may appear, and you can let your provider know of the more likely estimated storage period when you send it a request.
If you have a small number of pallets that are taller or heavier than most – but governing your search criteria – exclude them and search again. Then search separately for these and see if the same warehouse comes up. Alternatively, you can ask the providers you selected for the majority of your requirements to quote for these during the storage request process, where there is the opportunity to ask providers questions.
If you have any other questions relating to the search pages – or, indeed, about any aspect of our website, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and ask. The Zupplychain community is always here to help!
